Following the release of the “New Beginnings” and “Varsity Red” in 2020 and the “Neutral Grey” in 2021, Jordan Brand unearths a time capsule with this college navy/tech grey pairing on the Air Jordan 1, applying it to the most accurate replica of the original 1985 model we’ve ever seen.
The upper features the premium flat leather the aforementioned Georgetown colors perfectly married with the classic color-blocking style, while a nylon tongue features a slight yellow tint hinting at the spongy interior padding. The interior lining and insoles are matching with the college grey, while the midsole is clean cut with white. The Air Jordan 1 Hi ’85 “Georgetown” also comes with a folded card detailing the technical design specs of the shoe, while an OG-style shoebox is likely part of the set.
